Service Scope

TC Gutierrez Plumbing provides residential and commercial plumbing services as requested and quoted by the company. Services are performed during business hours unless emergency service is arranged.

Pricing & Payment

We provide estimates prior to beginning work. Prices are subject to change based on actual conditions encountered during service. Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash and major credit cards.

Scheduling & Cancellation

Appointments are scheduled at your convenience during our service hours. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

Warranty

All workmanship is guaranteed. If a problem arises with our work within 30 days of completion, we will return to correct it at no additional cost (excluding service calls for new issues).

Liability

TC Gutierrez Plumbing is fully insured. We are not responsible for damage to property beyond what is directly caused by our negligence. Please disclose any hazards or special conditions before work begins.

Access to Property

You agree to provide safe access to your home or business during service appointments and to be present or provide access instructions.
